Frangipani Fragments
Thirty-two hand-painted triangles in the colours of a frangipani tree: blush pink, golden yellow, creamy white, leafy green, and the dark tones of its branches, finished with copper and gold metallics. Some are smooth and bold, others dry-brushed so the texture shows through, with flashes of neon pink and lime keeping things lively. Fragments is the moody, layered one of the pair, and it rewards a closer look.
About Frangipani Fragments & Facets: These two pieces take the colours of the frangipani flower and break them into bold geometric shapes. Each one is taped, painted and peeled by hand in layer after layer, then set in a deep white float frame with a neon pink glow inside. Hang them as a statement pair on a plain wall, or let one steal the show in a gallery cluster.
Acrylic and metallic paint on wooden board | 33 x 33 x 5cm, white float frame with neon pink inner edge | D-rings attached, ready to hang | Original, one-of-one
