Each coaster is a one-off. They're painted in bold geometric triangles, stripes and chevrons, with the wood grain showing through between the shapes. Spirals and lines are scratched into the paint using sgraffito, my signature technique, so every coaster has texture you can feel under your fingertips. The edges are painted soft mint, so the set looks just as good stacked up as it does spread across the table.
They're finished with a protective matte varnish and arrive stacked and tied with a neon lime ribbon, so they're ready to give as a gift (or to keep for yourself).
